Having worked in corporate dentistry, Susannah realised it no longer reflected her values — or the kind of care she wanted to provide. In 2023, after the birth of her third child, she made the decision to step away and create something different: a locally owned, client-focused dental practice built on empathy, integrity, collaboration, and sustainability.

From the very first appointment, our goal has been simple — to provide personalised care in an environment where clients feel genuinely supported.

With demand growing faster than anticipated, the original one-room practice has already been outgrown. Plans are now underway for a purpose-designed clinic, creating space for more dentists, oral health therapists, and expanded services for the Palmerston North community.
